In addition to the main ranking of the most influential women this year, the editorial staff of cashless.pl asked the jury members to indicate the rising stars of the Polish payment industry. It is about the Ladies, who may have less professional experience at the moment, but also have the potential to soon play an important role in the world of payments. The title of Rising Star 2020 was won by Magdalena Kubisa from PSP, a company that is the operator of Blik.

Joanna Seklecka gained professional experience, among others in the following industries: computer games and consulting and auditing. She started her career at eService in 2004, as the director of the Finance and Accounting Department, and then, as the managing director, she was responsible for business and operational activities. In 2011, she was promoted to the position of Vice President, in which she coordinated, among others the company's entry into the EVO Payments group listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. In October 2017, she was appointed the President of eService.

She joined the team in 2018, joining the fintech industry after working for 15 years in the telecommunications sector (previously she worked at T-Mobile, Orange and Play, where she was responsible for innovative value-added services).

Project partners are Mastercard, Visa and mBank, which, like cashless.pl, see value in diversity and promote professional equality in their organizations.
