Contactless Blik will soon be available to customers of more banks in Poland
Bank Millennium boasted that its first customers can already use contactless payments Blik. The solution was therefore made available a little later than it appeared from unofficial information, according to which the function was to be launched on 20 July. Nevertheless Millennium was the first bank in Poland to implement the service. The solution is soon to be offered by five more banks.

The bank's first customers can already make contactless payments with Blik in stationary shops in Poland and abroad. They do not have to enter the Blik code, it is enough to unlock the phone and put it to the payment terminal. Millennium announces that the solution will soon be made available to further groups of customers.

To start using Blik contactless payments, you need to activate them in the banking application. To do this, you need to, among other things, specify the source of payment, which at the moment can be a current account, and soon also a credit card account. Activation does not require adding a payment card. You do not need to log in to the app during payment, nor do you need to have an internet or mobile network connection. The service can be used by owners of NFC-enabled devices using the Android system.
